I believe that we are truly happy only when all three parts of our wellbeing, mind, body and soul, are interconnected. It is all about the thoughts we create and the vibration of our surroundings. A holistic way of living connects our thoughts, emotions, senses, diet, sleep and exercise in an approach of living a worthwhile life and serving the purpose of our souls. This starts with awareness, mindfulness and inner peace; also with getting rid of old habits and embracing joy and happiness of being part of this universe, where we are all one.
